I started my healing journey in 2012 as a Reiki practitioner to release emotions, trauma and physical pain. In 202I, I became a certified Frequency Healer and began blending advanced healing technologies with ancient energy modalities to infuse teas with potent, restorative frequencies. 

Frequenteas is more than a collection of restorative teas, it is a reminder that we are limitless beings living in the vast quantum field of possibility. As we raise our frequency, we become co-creators of our life. We infuse our teas  with restorative frequencies and crystals that help you balance your energy and raise your frequency.

I also graduated with a Bachelor's in Sociology at Dartmouth College have worked for over 20 years as a manager and executive in the private and public sectors.
